Since I’ve been a part of group fitness culture, and dance culture….it’s been a way to cultivate long lasting friendships, bonds and community. Having friends in your class also has a great accountability factor working for your fitness…
“Will I see you next week?” Is different from your pal, than from your instructor : )

When you experience something that is emotional and intense, and leaves you feel so amazing, you have an instant family who understand what you’re talking about!

Over the years, I’ve had many amazing friendships with fellow dancers and gym pals. I don’t get to see them often all together anymore, but when the pals from back in the day are together, it’s pretty damn fun!

Who’s your crew? Do they motivate you to get to your workouts?
