🎉 I’m so excited — we’re finally doing a New Year’s Day dance class! 🎉

For the past few years, I’ve wanted to hold one… and this is our year.

Here’s what your January 1st could look like:
🛌 Wake up slow. Sleep in a little — absolutely allowed.
💦 Hydrate, nourish, move, get ready for class!
🚶‍♀️ Maybe take a short walk or hit a cold plunge if you’re feeling bold.
✨ Then join me on the dance floor.

We’ll kick off 2026 with a 75-minute Dance Powered class filled with big energy, baddie moves, and the kind of sweaty sesh that leaves you feeling proud, alive, and ready for whatever the new year brings.
