Beginner DancePowered Workshop

If you’ve been wanting to try a DancePowered Class, but have been feeling intimidated by learning a full class, this is a great way to get a few choreos and the moves that go with it learned and practiced!

This is a program I used to run a few years ago, and I would love to bring it back as a Sunday Workshop!

  • Warm-Up
  • Learn 3 or more songs and repeat each 3ish times
  • Cool Down Stretch

These choreos are simple, and have very few moves per 8 count, which is very much a dance fitness style format.

  • No-shows: No refunds or transfers.

  • Workshops / special events: Cancellations with notification up to 30min before class will receive a refund minus a $5 fee.
